We receive project briefs from startups, SMEs, and scaleups. Based on scope, budget, and urgency, we’ll reach out when there’s a good fit.
3. Deliver. Earn. Repeat.
You deliver the work. We manage the contracts, client communications, and payments. A small commission is retained by HRBridge for platform and facilitation.
Our Monetization Model—Simple & Transparent
- Commission-Based
We retain 10–20% of the project value depending on the scope and complexity. This fee covers client sourcing, admin, and support.

You only pay when you get paid. No subscriptions. No surprises.
